So here it is.. our first blog/website that will become home to all of our adventures together.  We hope that friends and family will enjoy reading and keeping up to date with our planning and ultimately our year out from the rat race whilst we conquer the roads of Alaska to Argentina and sample all the world has to offer in between.

We have already experienced some fantastic adventures together in preparation for the big trip and have enjoyed creating videos for Monique and Max along the way.  Now we have an opportunity to record our adventures for not only Monique and Max but for all family, friends and interested parties alike.  Depending on how geeky I get, will depend on the amount of information that gets added to this site along the way.  So, here we go..!
